Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Coverage: We ship nationwide within EEUU via ground transportation.

Delivery time: The average delivery time is 5 business days, counted from the day after payment confirmation. This period may vary depending on product availability, customer location, and the logistics of the shipping company.

Inventory availability: If a product is not available after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative (product exchange, wait for restocking, or refund).

Shipping costs: The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before completing the purchase. This cost depends on the destination and the size/weight of the order.
Tracking: Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track it directly with the carrier.

Refunds

Summary

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card issuer.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is posted.

Items on sale

Only items at regular price will be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@firstlevelgk.com with the subject line “EXCHANGE PURCHASE” and send your item to the address provided.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who gave you the gift, and they will be notified of your return.

Returns by mail

To return your product, you must mail it to our physical address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
